※會員費用： 
1.NT$ 100/一年 (自核發日起，有效期限一年)

※會員權益：
1. 嘉義市立博物館館刊《桃城晃遊》寄送到府
(依最新一期出刊之館刊寄送，每位會員在效期內可收到2本館刊)

步驟1:使用LINE搜尋官方帳號@cymmuseum
步驟2:點選加入會員申請入會
步驟3:完成資料填寫並繳費
步驟4:開通後經博物館服務台人員認證後(05-2780303)即享有嘉友卡會員資格

※使用規定：
1.限辦卡會員使用，不得轉借他人。
2.遺失得申請補發（申請補發需繳工本費50元），以一次為限。
3.會員若住址異動，請來電更正(05-278-825 #903 )。 
4.申請表所提填列之個資皆受嘉義市政府文化局安全維護，並僅限於作為與您聯繫及寄送館刊使用，本局將依個人資料保護法、相關法令於各項業務範圍內進行處理及利用。
