Description

嘉義在日治時代是木材的集散地，欄間雕刻也因此在嘉義興盛起來，廣泛運用於建築裝飾；但因為經濟不景氣，欄間雕刻需求降低，因此希望將藝術生活化，讓雕刻出來的作品不再只是單純的藝術品，而可以成為日常生活中的家飾擺設，產生更多元的用途，以跟上時代的腳步。使用檜木舊料與樟木，以花板雕刻手法呈現松竹梅立體透雕與視覺美感。
